The fee structure and payment system of Mahadev Public School are governed by the rules and regulations of the School Management and applicable guidelines of CBSE and the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Parents/Guardians are requested to carefully read and follow the following fee rules:
· School fees must be paid on or before the 10th day of every month.
· A late fee/fine will be applicable on all payments made after the due date.
· A fine of ₹3/- per day may be charged for delayed payment of fees after the due date until the dues are cleared.
· Fees once deposited shall not be refunded, adjusted, or transferred under any circumstances except as per the School Fee Policy.
· School Fee is charged for the entire academic session (12 months) and must be paid regularly as prescribed by the school.
· If the school fees remain unpaid for three consecutive months or more, the name of the student may be struck off from the school rolls. Re-admission may be granted only after approval of the Principal and payment of all outstanding dues, late fines, and re-admission charges as applicable.
· As per the U.P. Government Fee Regulation norms, separate charges may be taken for optional facilities and activities such as transportation, educational tours, excursions, competitive examinations, annual functions, and other special activities with prior information to parents.
· Students may not be permitted to appear in examinations, access report cards/results, or participate in certain school activities until all outstanding dues and required documents are cleared.
· Parents/Guardians are encouraged to deposit fees in advance for 3 months, 6 months, or the full academic session to avoid inconvenience and late fines.
· Fees may be paid through Cash, Cheque, Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order, Online Transfer, or other payment modes approved by the school.
· Cheques/Demand Drafts/Pay Orders should be made in favour of Mahadev Public School.
· In case of payment by cheque, a temporary acknowledgement receipt may be issued initially. The final fee receipt shall be generated only after successful clearance of the cheque.
· A penalty charge of ₹200/- or as applicable by the school shall be imposed for dishonoured/bounced cheques.
· Cheques must be submitted on or before the due date mentioned in the Fee Card/Fee Schedule.
· Fees may also be paid online through the authorized QR Code or digital payment system provided by the school. Parents/Guardians are advised to share the payment details/transaction receipt with the School Accounts Department for confirmation and receipt generation.
· Parents/Guardians must preserve all fee receipts carefully for future reference and verification.
· Any revision in school fees or charges shall be implemented in accordance with applicable Government/CBSE guidelines and after due notification to parents.
· The school reserves the right to withhold Transfer Certificate (TC), Report Card, examination results, or other official documents until all pending dues are cleared.
· Continuous non-payment of fees, violation of school rules, or submission of false financial information may lead to suspension or cancellation of admission.
· Parents/Guardians are advised to regularly check fee-related notices, circulars, and updates issued by the school from time to time.
