For admission into various classes, candidates must fulfill the following age criteria as on 31st July

Admissions at Mahadev Public School are conducted in accordance with CBSE guidelines and school norms to ensure a fair and transparent admission process.
· The Admission/Registration Form can be obtained from the School Office during working hours.
· The duly filled and signed Registration Form must be submitted to the School Office before the scheduled date of the Entrance Exam/Interaction.
· Registration does not guarantee admission. Admission is subject to the candidate’s performance in the Entrance Exam/Interaction and the availability of seats.
· For admission from Class III to Class IX, students applying from CBSE, ICSE, UP Board, or any recognized board must appear for the School Aptitude Test (SAT).
· Admission to PG, Nursery, KG, and Classes I–II will be based on observation and interaction with the child and parents.
· The student’s academic performance, discipline, attendance, and conduct in the previous school may also be considered during the admission process.
· Candidates appearing for the Admission Test and Interaction must report on the scheduled date and time along with their parents/guardians.
· Interaction with the Principal along with parents/guardians is mandatory before final confirmation of admission.
· Admission will be granted only if the student fulfills the required academic and behavioral criteria prescribed by the school.
· The decision of the School Management regarding admission shall be final.
· Selected candidates must complete the admission formalities within 7 days from the date of result declaration; otherwise, the seat may be allotted to another candidate.
· After confirmation of admission, parents are required to complete the Final Admission Form and deposit the prescribed fee within the given time period.
Parents/Guardians are required to submit the following documents at the time of admission in Mahadev Public School:
· Birth Certificate of the student
· Photocopy of the previous class Report Card/Marksheet
· Original Transfer Certificate (TC) issued by the previous school (wherever applicable)
· Photocopy of the Aadhaar Card of the student
· Eight recent passport-size photographs of the student
· Any other documents required as per School or CBSE norms
· The Transfer Certificate (TC) and Report Card/Marksheet must be issued by the same school.
· Admission will be granted only to the class mentioned in the Transfer Certificate and previous academic records. Admission to a higher class without eligibility or early promotion shall not be permitted as per School and CBSE rules.
· All required documents must be submitted at the time of admission. Incomplete documentation may result in delay or cancellation of the admission process.
· The name, date of birth, parents’ names, and other details filled in the Admission Form must exactly match the documents submitted. No changes will be permitted later without valid supporting documents and official approval.
· Submission of incorrect, false, or incomplete information may lead to cancellation of admission.
· Students seeking admission from other boards/schools must fulfill all transfer and eligibility conditions prescribed by CBSE and the School.
· The school reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all submitted documents.
· Admission shall remain provisional until all documents are verified and approved by the School Administration.
· Parents/Guardians are advised to keep photocopies of all submitted documents for future reference.
· The school reserves the right to refuse or cancel admission in case of non-compliance with school rules, CBSE regulations, or disciplinary concerns.
· Fees once deposited shall be subject to the School Fee Rules and will not be refundable except as per the school policy.
· Parents/Guardians must ensure regular attendance, discipline, and adherence to school rules after admission.
Students are required to complete the admission process within 7 days of the result declaration. Failing to do so will result in the automatic cancellation of the allotted seat.
